‘ENERGETICS OF SEX’: PLEASURE + SELF CONNECTION

In this workshop your daughter will learn skills and techniques to use her voice and her body to take up space and be heard - especially when it comes to what she does and doesn't desire in a relationship (her connnections with others).

She will gain confidence in her communication and her right to be heard and to express herself. She will also learn what to look out for in relationships with regards to red and green flags, and how to deal with the former.

The second half of the workshop will focus on anatomy of pleasure when it comes to sexual connections with another, and by oneself. We will look at the important role of the nervous system with regards to sexual arousal and pleasure, and how to work with it in your life.

This will be an inclusive and relaxed day with diverse educational resources. There will be plenty of time for small group discussions and anonymous Q and A. There is also an optional (but recommended) parents only eve on Wednesday 6-7pm to share with you what we will be covering and to give you additional resources should you wish
